The sales person at the Builder's sales office represents the builder. You need somebody with knowledge and experience to represent you. That person is your Buyer Agent. Our unique knowledge, years of experience and dedication to our clients make us uniquely qualified to be on your side and represent you in price negotiations, walk through's , closing process etc.

And the interesting aspect is that all this is FREE for you. You, as a buyer, pay us nothing. Our commission is already included in the Builder's price. We work for you and earn that money and through our unique Buyer Rebate, give a part of that to you via the HUD statement at closing.
